Estates Case Management: Take ownership of the end-to-end estate lifecycle, ensuring all legal and financial documentation meets the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.
Precision Execution: Master specialized financial transactions to facilitate the seamless distribution of estate assets.
Dedicated Liaison: Serve as a trusted advisor between the bank and estate representatives, providing transparent updates and proactive support.
Compassionate Advocacy: Navigate sensitive conversations with empathy, providing family members with the professional care and dignity they deserve during difficult times.
Strategic Problem Solving: Champion customer resolutions by navigating internal processes and collaborating with management to overcome complex hurdles.
Operational Excellence: Thrive in a high-energy environment, consistently exceeding daily productivity targets and "Gold Standard" service goals.
Integrity & Compliance: Uphold the bank’s reputation by ensuring every file is audit-ready and aligns with rigorous industry standards.
Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements
Education: Post-secondary degree.
Phone Etiquette: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to show empathy and compassion while dealing with sensitive estate matters.
Technical Proficiency: Solid knowledge of MS Office (Basic Excel, Outlook, and Word).
Volume Experience: Previous experience working in a high-volume environment governed by strict SLAs and deadlines.
Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and a "change agent" mindset—adapting well to evolving policies and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingualism: Proficiency in both English and French is a strong asset.
Industry Experience: Previous experience in Banking, Estates, Accounting, Bookkeeping, or Collections.
Operational Background: Prior experience as an Administrative or Operations Officer.
