Responsibilities
Collections Oversight: Manage and support day-to-day operational activities related to collections processes within Merchant Solutions.
Jira Reconciliation: Lead and perform complex reconciliation and data verification activities, specifically using the Jira platform.
Reporting & Analysis: Utilize expert skills in Microsoft Excel (including Macros) and PowerPoint to conduct quantitative analysis, deliver accurate reporting, and support analytical contributions to critical projects.
Process Execution: Execute specialized transactions accurately and on time, adhering strictly to established guidelines and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Risk Management: Investigate and escalate non-standard or high-risk activities, ensuring appropriate due diligence is applied in adherence with operating policies and procedures.
Stakeholder Support: Support internal partners with incoming transactions and requests, validating information to perform necessary adjustments within defined authority levels.
Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 5–7 years of overall professional experience.
Financial Acumen: Strong background and practical experience in accounting and financial disciplines.
Technical Mastery: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including Macro creation/maintenance) and PowerPoint.
Operational Skills: Excellent organizational, time management, and quantitative analytical skills. Proven ability to work independently and adhere to strict deadlines.
Work Attitude: Demonstrable strong work attitude, punctuality, and a self-motivated ("go-getter") personality.
Education: Post-secondary education.
Desirable Qualifications
