As an Account Specialist, you will report to the Manager of Deposit Compliance Remediation. Your primary focus will be split 50/50 between administrative file reviews and telephone-based customer outreach. You will be responsible for updating missing customer information, conducting thorough account reviews, and ensuring all small business accounts meet strict regulatory and compliance standards.

Responsibilities
Customer Engagement:
Manage both inbound and outbound calls in a professional contact center environment.
Provide high-quality service by addressing inquiries and resolving account issues promptly.
Build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless remediation process.
Account Review & Compliance:
Conduct meticulous reviews of customer files to identify discrepancies or missing data.
Follow end-to-end procedures for Business Account compliance and documentation.
Navigate multiple software platforms simultaneously to update records in real-time.
Ensure all prepared documentation accurately reflects the intentions of the client and the business.
Qualifications
Experience: 1+ years of relevant experience, ideally within a banking or financial services contact center.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with CRM tools.
Communication: Fluent in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills; comfortable with high-volume phone work.
Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and navigate ambiguous business problems.
Knowledge (Nice-to-Have): Familiarity with KYC (Know Your Customer) or KYB (Know Your Business) requirements is highly preferred.
