Provide a broad range of operational support and performs general to specialized transactions and/or other processing activities for own Operations and Business Services function.
Contribute to analysis/reporting on critical projects or special initiatives that strengthen our operating model/processes and elevate service quality.

Qualifications
MUST HAVE:
Operations experience
MS Office Suite exp
Customer service skills
Admin/data entry experience
Team Player
Leadership skills
NICE TO HAVE:
VBA knowledge and experience
Financial Market knowledge and experience
Banking experience
EDUCATION:
College or University Degree
