Responsibilities
• Facilitate the process of updating and developing Wealth forms and client documents for multiple Wealth businesses working with the Client Documents, Forms and Mailings Associate
• Raise intakes with delivery teams based on platforms where documents are hosted
• Manage production requirements for each platform
• Quality-check updated / new client documents and forms against cited requirements, e.g., English/French proofreading (bilingualism is preferred, but not required)
• Liaise with multiple partners to effectively manage the technological/platform impact of form changes for timely resolution of potential deployment issues
• Support development, maintenance, and tracking inventories of Legal Agreements/Client documents/Forms/new Account Kits and other regulatory documentation
• Oversee and manage production activities (design and distribution of) for client communications. These include quarterly statement inserts and special mailings for ad-hoc operational / regulatory initiatives required to be sent to Wealth clients
• Maintain versions and support documentation for Audit requirements and future reference
• Support stakeholders' understanding and adhere to audited procedures for client documents, forms, and client comms distribution
Qualifications
MUST HAVE:
• Solid project management, negotiation, and organizational skills to ensure timely delivery on multiple assigned initiatives / projects / programs with direction from the management
• Adept at managing and coordinating information flow from multiple stakeholders, including control partner groups and delivery teams
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Well-versed with MS Office software, particularly MS Word, MS Excel, and Adobe Professional
• Develop and maintain a high level of business knowledge
NICE TO HAVE:
• 5+ years relevant Wealth Business and Operations experience is desired
• Bilingualism (English/French) an asset
• Project management software exp such as MS project including building GANTT charts as an asset
• PMP certificate is an asset
EDUCATION:
Undergraduate degree or relevant equivalent experience required
