Responsibilities
The Operations Specialist III is responsible for the health and efficiency of day-to-day operations. Your daily tasks will include:
• Problem Resolution: Analyzing and researching issues within the business unit to provide swift, accurate resolutions.
• Implementation Support: Assisting with the rollout of new products, services, and operational solutions.
• Data Intelligence: Inspecting data to identify emerging trends and interpreting results to validate operational processes.
• Reporting: Creating routine analytics and detailed reports, including exception processing.
• Process Improvement: Supporting the design and documentation of new services while providing guidance on technical and procedural changes.
Qualifications
Must Haves:
• Elite Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical Mindset: Proven experience in Business Analytics and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Client Centricity: A strong focus on Customer and Client satisfaction.
• Technical Proficiency: Ability to navigate routine analytics tools and reporting software.
Nice to Haves:
• Prior experience in a financial services operations environment.
• Familiarity with risk management or exception processing workflows.
• Knowledge of process mapping and documentation standards.
