Responsibilities
Areas of responsibility include reception coverage, registering guests/clients, assisting with building and internal access provision, boardroom management, including schedule management, meeting room set-up, ordering catering, etc. support on the Health & Safety Committee, mail redirection, desk readiness for new hires, invoices expense management and other initiatives as required.
Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in a related field.
Excellent attention to detail.
Good communication skills
