Responsibilities
Office & Logistics Management: Oversee daily office operations, inventory, equipment procurement, supply stocking, and mail/shipping logistics.
Process & Documentation Support: Maintain, update, and organize standard operating procedures (SOPs), digital file systems, internal databases, and company archives.
Administrative Operations: Draft internal communications, prepare routine operational reports, coordinate schedules, and assist with meeting setups and event logistics.
Financial Admin: Assist with basic invoice processing, expense tracking, purchase orders, and record-keeping in collaboration with the finance team.
Coordinate with Engineering, Logistics, Finance ,Warehouse, and other departments as needed to resolve partner inquiries and support project execution.
Process and track orders, change requests, and project updates.
Qualifications
College or university degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales support, operations coordination, or a similar role.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Familiarity with project management tools and basic database management.
Strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Bilingualism in English and French. An advanced level of English is required.
English-speaking internal and external [clients/partners/employees] located outside Quebec on a [daily/regular] basis
