Responsibilities
• Ensure assigned online support cases are completed
• Liaise with banknote advisory desk and operations
• Ensure quality service and effective and efficient operations support for internal business partners and external customers
• Prioritize daily tasks to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Resolution and escalation of matched and unmatched trades for Global Banknote Clients
• Liaising with other internal departments to ensure timely resolution of outstanding contracts
• Involvement in ad hoc projects for new processes or industry initiatives

4) 1-2 years of related experience
