Our client operates in Canada and globally/internationally, in the United States, and in other countries. The company takes all reasonable measures to limit the number of positions in Quebec requiring knowledge of a language other than French, and only requires it when necessary and when its existing bilingual employees are unable to perform these duties.
Based on an assessment conducted by our client, it has been determined that this Operations Supervisor position requires candidates to be fluent in spoken and written English. Specifically, this role will require the employee to collaborate with other colleagues and business functions located outside of Quebec who do not speak French, and to provide them with the necessary support for operations across North America.
