Shift: Days, with potential for shift work, statutory holidays, and weekends as required.
Location: Toronto, ON
4 months contract with strong potential of extension

Responsibilities
timely with all relative correspondence to support enquiry
• Complete manual payment transactions utilizing Global Investigation network meeting all deadlines
• Monitor Queue for transactions to be actioned within set timelines. Prioritize work based on urgency of request
• Support Ad-hoc requests for information
• Support user acceptance testing and production check out requirements, as needed during scheduled weekends
• Complete other administrative duties as assigned including back up of critical functions and reporting requirements
• Address and respond to inquiries from business partners including support of projects or initiatives
• Complete various accounting entries
• Archiving and controlling of department records
• Other administrative duties, as assigned including month end reporting requirements and daily queries to support department and preparation of reports
Qualifications
• Three to five years of experience in Operations within a financial institution.
• Post-secondary education or equivalent.
• Required to work variety of shifts, including statutory holidays as required, based on departmental and business requirements.
• Knowledge Global Banking System (GBS) and AS400
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and computer skills
• Knowledge of the banks Treasury products and understanding of payment processing and investigation experience
