Responsibilities
• Provide ongoing support to the program team to design and refine engaging learning content that supports HR transformation initiatives.
• Facilitate hands on technical training sessions for team leaders across the Co-operative Retailing System (CRS), delivered virtually or in-person to ensure accessibility and effectiveness.
• Plan and execute in-person workshops, managing all logistics including venue selection, travel arrangements, and catering for groups of various sizes.
• Collaborate with the program team throughout the development process to ensure training materials are relevant, clear, and aligned with overall program goals.
• Continuously evaluate and refine training content to ensure it meets the evolving needs of the team and aligns with program goals.
• Provide continued support for customers from training sessions, Go-live cutover activities, and through Payroll cycles.
Qualifications
• Have 1-3 years of experience within HR Training or learning and development (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
• Bring 2+ years of strong systems training delivery experience.
• Hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preference in Human Resources.
• Comfortable with both in-person and virtual technology-based learning, and able to adapt to evolving priorities.
• Have a strong familiarity with Human Capital Management solutions, (preferably Oracle Cloud HCM and UKG Workforce Management).
