Location: Ville Saint-Laurent,
Salary $50,000 - $53000 per year plus bonus
Telecommuting possible but 2 days mandatory at the office : Tuesday and Wednesday at the office, monday, thursday and friday
Schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Order Entry: Process incoming orders from emails, purchase orders, and invoices.
Data Entry: Accurately enter customer orders into the system.
Verification & Compliance: Review orders to ensure completeness, pricing accuracy, product availability, and adherence to delivery requirements.
Internal Coordination: Communicate with Customer Service to resolve any order discrepancies or issues.
File Management: Prepare sales files and orders; oversee the opening and closing of customer accounts/files.
Database Maintenance: Update customer databases, files, and price/product lists.
Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of products and services to customers.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
College diploma (an asset)
Previous experience in sales coordination, support or a similar role is an asset.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
Mastery of computer tools such as the Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to work independently, manage several tasks in parallel and meet deadlines.
Ability to prioritize, analyze, work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of the security sector would be an advantage.
