We are currently recruiting for an Order Entry/Customer Service Rep in Milton. This full-time, 6 month contract position and will be hybrid once training is complete. This contract has the opportunity to be extended and/or become permanent. The ideal candidate will be an individual who has the drive and mentality to learn and grow their skill set. Excellent communication skills, organizational skills, and experience with SAP is required for this position. They will be professional, hard-working and diligent, as well as willing to support the team with a variety of tasks.
Advantages
- $24 - $26/hour based on experience

- Hybrid 3 days in office, 2 days remote after 4 weeks of training is complete
- Monday to Friday; 8:00am - 5:00pm

Responsibilities
- Accepting, entering and processing orders and quotations in SAP
- Verifying POs with quotes
- Monitor inventory and order stock when needed
- Track and trace shipments and inventory quantities
- Prepare and follow up on vendors invoices for POs
- Customer Service through phone and email, answering technical questions
- Create service tickets in Salesforce CRM
- Other administrative duties as needed
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, administration and/or order entry
- Technical background
- Experience with SAP
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Punctual and dependable
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work as a team and individually
- Positive attitude and eager to learn
