We are currently hiring for Order Fulfillment Specialist for a 3 month contract with possibility for extension and even full time for the right candidate. If you are a student on academic drop or scheduled break and willing to do general labor work, we can hire you!
We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. In this role,you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. The
ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a keen eye for detail, and possesses excellent communication and mathematical skills.
Location: Gurney Crescent North York ON
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm,4:30pm-1:00am,12:00am-7:30PM

Responsibilities
Accurately build orders by selecting and counting components from A to Z, 0 to 9, or a
combination of both.
● Verify counts of all items against the order list to ensure shipping accuracy.
● Immediately report any discrepancies in counts or order details to a supervisor.
● Maintain high standards of accuracy to prevent short shipments or over-shipments.
● Work collaboratively with a team to meet daily production goals.
● Adhere to all safety protocols, including wearing safety shoes at all times.
● Demonstrate strong communication skills when interacting with team members and
supervisors.
● Read and interpret order forms and other written instructions accurately.
● Perform basic mathematical calculations to ensure correct quantities are fulfilled.
Qualifications
● Proven ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
● Solid reading and writing skills are essential.
● Basic mathematical knowledge to perform accurate counting and verification.
● Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
● Excellent communication skills.
