Responsibilities
-Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email
-Review and process purchase orders, quotes, and sales agreements
-Assist with billing, warranty claims, product-related questions, and order fulfillment
-Document and escalate customer complaints when needed
-Support internal teams with customer-related reporting
-Provide in-house guidance for non-technical support topics
-Meet weekly and monthly performance goals, collaborating cross-functionally to support team success
Qualifications
-High School Diploma or post-secondary education
-Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
-Proficient data entry skills and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
-Strong comprehension of sales documentation and ability to generate customer reports
-Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and investigative approach
