Responsibilities
- Precision Kitting: Curate and organize complex hardware, fittings, and parts into job-specific kits for the fabrication team.
- Quality Verification: Perform high-level audits of part numbers and descriptions to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Inventory Control: Proactively track stock of consumables (valves, gaskets, fasteners) and lead cycle counts.
- Digital Workflow: Utilize ERP software to process transactions and maintain real-time inventory visibility.
- Logistics Coordination: Label and stage materials for seamless handoffs to the production floor.
- Collaborative Support: Work alongside Planning and Warehouse leadership to meet tight project deadlines.
Qualifications
- Experienced: You have 2–3 years in a warehouse, mechanical assembly, or manufacturing environment.
- Technical: You know your way around mechanical hardware (bolts, pipe fittings, etc.) and can read Bills of Materials (BOM) or technical drawings.
- Detail-Obsessed: You take pride in "getting it right the first time" and enjoy high-volume, organized work.
- Digitally Literate: You are comfortable with computers; ERP or inventory software experience is a strong asset.
- Certified (Plus): Valid forklift certification or previous operating experience is highly preferred.
