We are currently hiring for Order Process Control Associate for a 3 month contract with possibility for extension and even full time for the right candidate. If you are a student on academic drop or scheduled break and willing to do general labor work, we can hire you!

Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
Pay rate: $19/hr

Responsibilities
Order Tracking and Prioritization: Receive and utilize a daily report of open orders from the Lead Hand, prioritizing order location and movement based on customer due dates.
Progress Coordination: Proactively locate and monitor the progress of prioritized orders within the production facility using the provided work sheet that indicates the current station.
Bottleneck Resolution: Coordinate directly with respective supervisors at various production stations to ensure continuous order movement. The primary goal is to prevent orders from sitting at any single station for more than three days.
On-Time Delivery Focus: Maintain a vigilant focus on the order timeline to prevent orders from falling behind schedule and becoming "lates" against the committed SLA.
Issue Reporting: Immediately report any issues, obstacles, or delays encountered with specific orders to the Process Control Lead Hand, Clarine Mae, for collaborative resolution.
Data Management: Download, manage, and analyze daily reports of open orders, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of tracking data.
Qualifications
Software Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise (a rating of 9 out of 10 or higher) in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets is mandatory for report downloading, manipulation, and analysis.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must for effective coordination with supervisors and clear reporting to the Lead Hand.
Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to accurately track multiple orders and their station status simultaneously.
Work Environment: Proven ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic manufacturing or production environment.
Language & Vision: Must be able to speak and write English fluently and possess good vision for accurate data review and floor tracking.
Personal Interest: A genuine passion for sports is highly desirable as our products often relate to this area.
