OCM strategy, Stakeholder analysis
OCM tactical plans including sponsorship, stakeholder engagement, communication, learning and enablement, change risk, measurement, and business readiness

Training & Enablement Strategies, plans and reporting
Resistance Management Strategy
Measurement of Adoption Metric reporting
Qualifications
Prosci/ADKAR certification or similar
5+ yrs in OCM role for delivery of large scale, complex technology programs
Experience in modern change management practices related to technology
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, leadership, emotional intelligence, and ability to influence without direct authority
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or equivalent and/or Certified Change Management Professional, Certified Professional in Human Resources, IABC Accredited Business Communicator
Understanding of User Centered Design and Business Architecture principles
High adoption rates of new technologies
