Our client is a leading biopharmaceutical company in Canada and looking for their next Outbound Logistics and Supply Chain Coordinator. This role ensures seamless and effective operations by providing supervision and guidance to support their country-wide objectives. Position: Outbound Logistics and Supply Chain Coordinator
Employment Type: Contract (18 - months)
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Mississauga (hybrid, 3 days on site)

Responsibilities
- Daily oversight of the order-to-cash transactions between the 3PL’s and internal ERP to ensure customer satisfaction. Close collaboration with customer care team
- Management of the channel supply replenishment process to ensure sufficient inventory levels of commercial drug product, devices, marketing materials and demonstration items
- Responsible for monitoring all operational aspects of 3PL and communicating any potential issues t
- Coordinate product returns with Quality department, AR and 3PL.
- Monitor and update relevant product reports to All Canada Recycling organizations.
- Provide the utmost customer centric experience for internal and external customers
- Proactively attempt to streamline responsible processes, challenge the status quo, both internally and with the 3PL
- Perform standard and ad-hoc reporting
- Support and align product master data change management
- Review daily shipment reconciliation report to identify discrepancies of out of balance inventory while resolving and communicating to stakeholders in a swift and professional manner.
- Liaison with 3PL and Marketing Materials & PSP operations
- Ensuring long term logistics are in place and adjust to changing business requirements
- Create and maintain SOP for O2C & Supply Chain processes. Responsible to support and execute any change management processes with business, customer care and any other relevant functions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2 - 5+ years experience in Logistics, analysis, and/or supply chain operations, Pharma industry experience preferred
- Bilingual in English and French preferred, English required
- 3+ years of ERP experience, SAP preferred
- Expert in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Teams, PowerBI)
- Excellent Communication & Collaboration skills
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to pull complex data from multiple sources and produce clear, simple analysis.
