Responsibilities
-Accountable for prospecting new business, achieving sales goals, and increasing market share through identifying target, key, and growth accounts.
-Collaborate with field service technicians and management to assess customer needs for replacement products.
-Identify and close new preventative maintenance opportunities.
-Prepare and present proposals for aftermarket services and new equipment.
-Develop quarterly sales plans, track market trends, and forecast sales pipeline with regular updates.
-Build strong professional relationships within client organizations.
-Maintain high customer satisfaction and assist with billing and collections when needed.
Qualifications
• B2B, outside sales experience, preferably in a mechanical/technical, industrial or building materials environment, ideally with exposure to aftermarket sales
• Results oriented problem solver, possessing a high level of personal integrity and attention to detail
• Hands on sales professional and hunter
• Strong, professional presentation skills
• Outstanding negotiation and organizational abilities
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills in the English language
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products
