Responsibilities
As an Inside Sales Representative Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Providing support to Account Executives
- Handling daily tasks such as insertion orders, layouts, proofs, copy changes and administrative duties
- Assisting Account Executives to achieve and exceed monthly budgets
- Processing new sales leads
- Managing correspondence between sales team and their clients
- Providing data and reports
- Interacting with existing clients
- Scheduling appointments for Account Executives and Sales Associate
- Handling all incoming shipments
- Performing verification of purchased products and enter order receipts into computer system
- Pulling, packing, weighing, and labelling materials for shipment (including assemble & hold orders)
- Preparing bills of lading and express receipts
- Assisting in loading the trucks
- Prepare local delivery records and complete applicable blocks on the pick ticket
- Other duties as needed
Qualifications
- Previous sales administrative experience
- Great customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Must be able to multi-task and prioritize
- Strong PC skills
