Responsibilities
As a Scanning Operator, you will be responsible for:
• Assisting with the day-to-day operations within a Digital Imaging Center
• Preparing customer documents for the digital imaging process
• Checking physical documents for quality issues that may complicate the scan process
• Preparing a wide array of document types and conditions for scanning
• Indexing scanned images according to naming mechanisms outlined by the customer and/or leadership, along with additional post-imaging services.
• Moving boxes and loading paper into machines
• Additional print related tasks as needed
Qualifications
* Minimum 1 year of document scanning or file clerk experience
* Tech savvy (computer literate)
* Strong customer satisfaction skills - 3+ years of previous exp in customer service environment
* Excellent attention to detail
* Willing to learn
* Ability to handle large volume of individual documents
* Must be able to lift up to 40lbs (some moving of boxes/loading paper into machines)
