Responsibilities
● Acts as a conduit and triage for Data and Analytics inquiries from Program team members and
client stakeholders.
● Assists the Data and Analytics teams with engagement meetings with the Business.
● Captures and distributes meeting notes, minutes, and action items and flagged items for follow-
up.
● Manages the integrated schedule for the Data and Analytics Team.
● Provides logistics support to the Team including room/space booking, etc.
● Manages agendas for reoccurring and ad hoc Team meetings.
● Creates and maintains dashboards and reports where required, including tracking of
deliverables.
● Supports the maintenance of the Program RAID log (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions).
● Coordinate and arrange hardware and software requirements for team members.
● Ensure content and structure of all documents/artifacts is documented and well maintained.
● Keep track of new requirements/change in requirements of the project.
● Organize status meetings and send regular status reports to relevant stakeholders.
● Escalate issues the Pillar Lead as required.
● Creates work products using the MS Office suite of products including Excel, Project,
PowerPoint, Word etc.
● Other assigned program coordination duties and deliverables, as required.
Qualifications
● Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Project Coordinator, Senior Administrative Assistant or
equivalent and/or comparable role.
● Experience providing coordination and/or administrative support for organizations,
departments, or teams working through significant business process change and IT systems
change.
● Experience supporting the development and execution of Program Coordination activities,
including: Project management and coordination
● Presentation and report development
● Maintaining a project schedule
● Meeting coordination and management
● Experience supporting the delivery of a project management plan.
● Superior communication skills, including listening, speaking and writing.
● Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage in collaborative work
with a variety of stakeholders and team members.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Strong skills with Microsoft Office suite of products Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint,
SharePoint.
● Uncompromising attention to detail.
● Ability to plan and deliver quality work amidst numerous competing (and constantly changing)
priorities and firm deadlines.
● Provides superior organizational skills, is a self-starter, quick

initiative.
● Effective when collaborating as part of a team and working independently. Professional Project,
Administrative or Business certificate.
● Experience supporting project management activities in a public sector environment.

Planning (ERP) software solutions.,
