Your Role

As Paper Machine Superintendant, you’ll take on real challenges that bring out your full potential.
Your scope includes:

Leading daily paper machine operations to achieve SQDEP performance targets (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Efficiency, People).
Drive execution of daily management systems, including structured shift handovers and production reviews.
Monitor performance, identify losses, and implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead, coach, and develop frontline supervisors and hourly employees to build capability and accountability.
Champion a strong safety culture through visible leadership, audits, and incident investigations.
Partner closely with Maintenance, Engineering, and Quality teams to improve reliability and process performance.

What you bring

You're a natural fit for Paper Machine Superintendant if you have:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering, or related field
5–8+ years of progressive experience in paper manufacturing or similar heavy industry
Proven leadership experience managing supervisors and production teams
Strong technical understanding of paper machine operations
Demonstrated ability to drive results and continuous improvement
Experience in a Superintendent or Production Manager role
Exposure to reliability programs or manufacturing excellence systems
