Responsibilities
Very comfortable with:
Minute books (preparation/regularization, resolutions, registers, etc.)
Ongoing corporate follow-up (amendments, filings, documentation)
Transaction support (preparation/assembly, closing, checklists)
Standard corporate documentation (resolutions, registers, attestations, file tracking)
Openness required to fill the remaining time with various administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Independent paralegal specializing in business/corporate law
- Ability to work in a structured and rigorous manner, maintaining a high level of confidentiality
- Fully bilingual in French and English
Based on an assessment conducted by our client, it has been determined that this position requires candidates to be fluent in English (oral and written). In particular, this position will require the employee to:
-communicate with English-speaking clients/partners/employees located outside Quebec on a daily basis
-work on client projects, products or deliverables that are required to be delivered to clients in English
