Responsibilities
• Receive, inspect, and stock products from internal and external suppliers.
• Maintain 97.5% inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.
• Label and organize all inventory within the warehouse.
• Keep the storage environment clean, safe, and efficient.
• Handle warranty returns and process RMA procedures.
• Pick, pack, and stage shipments for aftermarket parts orders.
• Process shipping documents using systems like UPS, Cardinal, and Manitoulin.
• Monitor inventory levels using the ERP system to manage restocking.
• Communicate with the Purchasing and Sales teams regarding stock levels and delays.
• Assist with loading outbound trucks and containers.
• Build dunnage and packaging for outbound shipments as needed.
Qualifications
• Strong organizational skills for managing a physical and systematic warehouse.
• Clear communication skills to work with Sales, Supply Chain, and Shipping teams.
• Technical ability to use ERP systems and carrier shipping software.
• Attention to detail for validating purchase orders and maintaining stock accuracy.
• Operate pump truck and stand-up electric forklift
• Experience in parts coordination, warehouse operations, or supply chain support.
• Proficiency in English for coordinating with carriers and internal teams.
• Ability to work on-site in Thamesville, Ontario.
• Capability to perform physical tasks, including loading and constructing dunnage.
