Responsibilities
Assist with the migration and testing of a new payroll system.
Provide ongoing payroll support, including the accurate processing of payroll runs.
Support our Financial Analyst by tracking and resolving low-level payroll issues and assisting with higher-level problems.
Identify and correct systemic errors in our current Dayforce payroll system, such as incorrect cost allocations and reporting issues.
Conduct thorough completeness and accuracy tests on payroll data and reports.
Be available to independently run the final payroll of the year in December.
Qualifications
Proven experience with payroll systems; familiarity with Dayforce, UKG, or ADP is a plus.
An analytical mindset with the ability to identify and solve underlying systemic issues, not just individual incidents.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Ability to work independently and be a self-motivated contributor.
