Your main mission will be to ensure the accuracy, compliance, and optimization of the entire payroll cycle. You will play a key role in ensuring data reliability and modernizing processes.

Responsibilities
Analysis and Compliance:
-Validate data integrity (hours, bonuses, deductions) before each processing.
-Ensure compliance with tax laws (DAS, CNESST, QPIP, etc.).
-Identify, analyze, and correct payroll discrepancies.
-Conduct regular audits (internal, post-payroll, year-end).
Optimization and Projects:
-Actively participate in the internal transfer of payroll.
-Propose continuous improvement of payroll management processes, tools, and policies.
-Collaborate on system implementation projects (payroll, ERP, time management).
Reports and Support:
-Produce analytical reports and dashboards for management (labor costs).
-Document processes and recommendations for improvement.
-Act as a technical resource person for HR/Finance teams and managers.
-Coordinate with the payroll service provider (ADP).
Special Operations:
-Prepare and validate year-end (Q4, Relevé 1).
-Support monthly and annual accounting closings related to payroll.
Qualifications
• Degree in accounting, administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in advanced payroll analysis or processing.
• In-depth knowledge of the entire payroll cycle in Canada (and Quebec).
• Proficiency in one or more payroll software programs (e.g., ADP, Nethris, Ceridian, Employeur D).
