Process payroll and ensure compliance with vacation, advances, and billable hours policies
Submit remittances and year-end tax forms (T4, RL1, CNESST, etc.)
Manage group insurance enrollments and terminations
Track employee training, absences, sick leave, and disabilities
Answer employee questions and support managers on HR matters
Maintain employee files and analyze payroll GL accounts
Contribute to HR program implementation and compliance
Qualifications
DEC in administration, payroll or related field
3+ years in payroll and benefits, 2+ years in generalist HR role
Bilingual (French & English)
Strong attention to detail, discretion, and multitasking ability
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
