This role is critical for tackling complex data reconciliation, system troubleshooting, and data conversion challenges within client's fast-paced environment. The successful candidate must possess a high sense of urgency and be able to provide clear solutions with solid follow-through.
Duration: 6 months
Work Schedule: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
Pay rate: $21/hr
Work Model: Hybrid – Mandatory 2 days per week in the Head Office (HO), with Thursdays mandatory.

Responsibilities
Workday (WD) - Mandatory: Proven hands-on experience with the Workday platform.
HR/Payroll System Experience - Mandatory: Solid experience with Service Now and other comprehensive HR and Payroll systems.
Excel Proficiency: Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel, specifically with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formula writing for data reconciliation and conversion.
Analytical Acumen: Demonstrated ability to think critically, identify patterns, and find defects in data and systems.
Action-Oriented: A strong sense of urgency, high drive to action, and commitment to follow-through on tasks until completion.
Qualifications
✨ Nice-to-Have Qualifications
Professional Designation: A recognized Payroll designation (e.g., PCP, CPM).
Multi-Province Experience: Solid experience or exposure to multi-province payroll regulations and complexities.
Large Organization HRIS Profile: Experience in an HRIS or data-focused role within a large, complex organization.
