Our client is looking for a proactive and strategic Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations across multiple countries. You will lead a team of specialists, optimize processes, and ensure compliance in a dynamic, tech-driven organization with international reach.

Responsibilities
Supervise a team of 4 payroll specialists
Manage bi-weekly payroll cycles for approximately 4,000 employees (Canada, US, Australia)
Ensure compliance with tax and labor laws, oversee internal controls and government remittances
Lead year-end reporting and audit preparation
Collaborate with HR, IT, and Finance teams to resolve operational issues
Contribute to system enhancements (Dayforce, Workday) and improve payroll workflows
Act as a key point of contact for employee payroll inquiries
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years' experience in payroll management with team leadership
PCP certification required (PLP is an asset)
Background in multi-jurisdictional payroll (Canada, US, international)
Proficient with Ceridian Dayforce and Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas)
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Comfortable in a high-growth, fast-moving environment
Fully bilingual (French/English – spoken and written)
