Responsibilities
Absence and working time management:
-Record absences (sickness, holidays, etc.) in the “Timesheet” Excel file based on emails.
-Check, approve, and correct timesheets, then enter the hours worked in the “Timesheet” file.
Compliance and contracts:
-Ensure the application and enforcement of company policies.
-Implement the clauses of various contracts.
Payroll processing:
-Enter payroll data for more than 850 employees in the Nethris system.
-Record different types of absences (vacation, accumulated time, illness) in the Mystore system.
-Manage and update employee time banks.
-Calculate retroactive salary adjustments and enter them in Nethris.
Data management and reporting:
-Produce weekly reports using Excel.
-Update employee personal information in Nethris based on messages from Mystore.
Administrative tasks:
-File documents.
-Perform any other related administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Bilingual (French/English)
- 3 -5 years of experience in payroll
- Ability to provide administrative support
- Good communication skills
- Versatility and adaptability to change
