Responsibilities
• Process full-cycle, multi-provincial Canadian semi-monthly payroll for approximately 500-600 team members using ADP Workforce Now.
• Review, validate, and submit payroll comparison reports and funding wires for leadership approval.
• Coordinate mid-month, month-end, quarter-end, and year-end activities, including T4/T2200 generation and general ledger reconciliations.
• Process team member departures, final pay calculations, vacation payouts, and issue Records of Employment (ROEs).
Qualifications
• Minimum 1-2 years of Canadian multi-provincial payroll processing experience.
• Hands-on proficiency with ADP Workforce Now (ADP WFN).
• High attention to detail with strong analytical skills, readily available to start on short notice.
• Experience processing sales commission pay and T2200 forms is considered a strong asset.
