đź’° Salary: Competitive, based on experience (65k - 80k)

Responsibilities
đź’Ľ Payroll (60% of the role)
Independently manage full-cycle payroll (manual, bi-weekly, year-end)
Process payroll for 60 permanent employees and up to 500 contractors during events
Streamline and automate payroll operations to support team efficiency
👥 HR Operations (40% of the role)
Manage employee benefits and maintain accurate records
Take ownership of the HRIS (currently underutilized) and drive optimization
Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes
Qualifications
College or university degree in accounting
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position
Proficiency in Nethris and any SIRH
Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English
