Responsibilities
• End-to-end processing of accurate and timely payroll for all team members.
• Managing and executing complex US payroll requirements in compliance with local regulations.
• Utilizing ADP Workforce Now to maintain precise employee records, hours, and deductions.
• Supporting the payroll team with an ongoing system implementation project.
• Collaborating with the HR and finance teams to resolve any payroll discrepancies or inquiries.
• Assisting with Quebec payroll processing and compliance as required.
Qualifications
• 5+ years of dedicated payroll experience, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise using ADP Workforce Now and a strong understanding of US payroll.
• Direct experience or strong knowledge of system implementations and Quebec payroll is considered a major asset.
• Capability to work fully onsite at the Cambridge location and commit to the full 1-year contract duration.
