Responsibilities
- Full payroll cycle for 600 employees, every two weeks, across 3 Canadian provinces
- Update employee records
- Verify transactions before payroll transmission
- Send pay stubs to each region
- Update the government remittance table
- Finalize Record of Employment (ROE)
- Prepare reports
- Participate in the preparation of T4 forms at year-end
- Other related tasks
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a payroll technician
- Bilingualism required (French and English)
- Knowledge of Nethris or DayForce software (asset)
