Are you a detail-oriented payroll technician motivated by high-volume environments? This national organization, responsible for centralized payroll processing across multiple sites in Canada, is seeking an experienced professional to ensure accurate data entry, validation, and payroll processing within a collaborative and supportive team.

Hybrid schedule: 2 days in office, 3 days remote
3 to 4 weeks of vacation (based on experience)

Responsibilities
Process full weekly payroll for assigned employees (multi-site, unionized environments).
Enter, verify, and validate payroll data in the system.
Manage adjustments, overtime, wage garnishments, and deductions.
Ensure compliance with provincial regulations, collective agreements, and internal policies.
Prepare and verify payroll reports and year-end documents (T4s, ROEs).
Collaborate closely with payroll, HR, and accounting teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Qualifications
Proven experience in full-cycle payroll processing (medium to high volume).
Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written) – approximately 50/50.
Experience in unionized environments and knowledge of collective agreements (strong asset).
Proficiency with ERP systems; SAP HR is a major asset.
Strong data entry, verification, and attention-to-detail skills.
Excellent organizational abilities, autonomy, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
