The Personal Assistant will be the direct support to the President, responsible for managing his calendar, communications, and organizing both his personal and professional tasks.
This role requires a high level of discretion, strong organizational skills, and flexible availability, including occasional evening hours.

Responsibilities
Manage the President’s personal and professional calendar, schedule appointments, and organize travel arrangements.
Follow up on calls, emails, and correspondence addressed to the President.
Coordinate various personal and professional administrative tasks.
Handle personal matters such as reservations, invoice management, personal appointments, etc.
Maintain strict confidentiality of all information handled.
Be available during the day and evening according to the President’s needs.
Qualifications
High school diploma or college degree in administration or related field.
Significant experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant.
Bilingual French-English, excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills, rigor, autonomy, and absolute discretion.
Proficient with computer tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Flexible schedule required (available day and evening).
Service-oriented with strong adaptability.
