• Morning: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Midday: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM

Responsibilities
Registered Pharmacist – Sterile Compounding (Permanent, Full-Time) - Hamilton - Healthcare
What You’ll Be Doing:
✔ You'll rotate through multiple responsibilities depending on the shift, including:
✔ Triage and assessment of hospital prescriptions, assigning workflows and verifying compound instructions
✔ Verification of drug and solution selections, compound preparations, and final product release
✔ Cleanroom support – staging, gowning, and final checks for compounded medications
✔ Weekend responsibilities (when scheduled): Full-cycle workflow including triage, verification, and final checks
✔ On-call support during assigned evening/weekend shifts – compensated per call
✔ Supporting the broader pharmacy team with your expertise and a collaborative, can-do attitude
Qualifications

✔ A Registered Pharmacist (RPh) in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists

✔ Experience in sterile or hazardous compounding is an asset — but not required
