Responsibilities
Team Lead Pharmacist – 18 Month Contract - London, ON - Healthcare
Supervise daily pharmacy operations in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Collaborate with the pharmacy manager to support quality, compliance, and patient care
Lead, support, and coach a team of 14+ direct reports across various pharmacy roles
Manage workflow, ensure order fulfillment, and maintain operational harmony
Act as the stand-in leader when the pharmacy manager is away
Perform inventory (twice per year) including occasional overnight shifts
Foster a team-first culture of collaboration and accountability
Contribute to relationship-building with long-term care homes and service partners
Qualifications
Team Lead Pharmacist – 18 Month Contract - London, ON - Healthcare
Licensed Pharmacist (Part A) in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists
Minimum 3 years of pharmacy experience in a high-volume setting (retail or institutional)
Proven or emerging leadership skills – supervisory, team lead, or informal leadership experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster team harmony
Comfortable with flexible scheduling during peak periods
Change-ready mindset and strong business acumen
Experience with keyholder duties, high-volume verification, or inventory control considered a plus
