Our client is seeking to add another exceptional Pharmacy Assistant to their team temporarily to assist with data entry into Kroll.

For roughly one to two months (with the possibility of extension), you will be central to a high-priority initiative, tasked with ensuring prescriptions are entered into Kroll with precision. Interviews are taking place toward the end of this week, and the selected candidates will begin as soon as the week of November 3rd.
You will be working with a team of pharmacy professionals and other assistants. The shifts are full-time (examples include 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM, or 1:00 PM–9:00 PM) and will involve a weekend rotation that may consist of day or afternoon shifts. These shifts will rotate based on business and scheduling demands (you will receive your schedule ahead of time but may be required and must be prepared to work any of those shifts). This role is based 100% in the pharmacy office, not in the cleanroom, and provides consistent hours with minimal overtime.

Responsibilities
Pharmacy Assistant - Data Entry - Mississauga - Kroll
Execute high-volume data entry by transferring prescriptions from internal software to Kroll and inputting data directly into the Kroll system
Guarantee precision when inputting both active and new prescriptions - given that many are compounded medications, previous experience with compound entry is highly desired
Assist with the migration from the existing Simplicity/in-house system to Kroll throughout the integration stage
Cooperate with the Pharmacy Manager and leadership team to adapt to weekly and daily scheduling requirements
Uphold strict confidentiality and precision in all prescription documentation
Qualifications

Exceptional data entry proficiency with pharmacy software and a demonstrated commitment to accuracy
Prior background in pharmacy environments, with a specific emphasis on data entry functions
Prior experience using Kroll is required

Capability to work full-time shifts such as 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM, or 1:00 PM–9:00 PM from Monday through Friday. You must also be available for rotating weekend shifts (which may be day or afternoon/evening shifts); if a weekend is worked, you will receive two consecutive days off during the week.
