We are looking for a Pharmacy Clerk for a temporary assignment in Markham. This position focuses on the administrative and data-entry side of the pharmacy. Responsibilities
Pharmacy Clerk (Specialty Pharmacy) - Temporary Assignment up to 6 Months - Markham, ON - Healthcare
Duties may include a variety of things to support patient care and service including:
Data Entry: efficient prescription entry and profile management using Kroll software.
Administrative Support: Processing transactions, managing files, and ensuring patient records are accurate and up to date.
Communication: handling inbound calls from patients or clinics and routing them appropriately or answering general inquiries.
Inventory: Assisting with stock management, receiving orders, and organizing pharmacy supplies.
Collaboration: Working closely with the Pharmacy Assistants and Pharmacists to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
Pharmacy Clerk (Specialty Pharmacy) - Temporary Assignment up to 6 Months - Markham, ON - Healthcare
System Knowledge: You must have previous experience using Kroll.
Experience: Experience working in a busy pharmacy setting as a Pharmacy Assistant is required
Tech-Savvy: You must be comfortable with computers including Kroll and can expect to need to learn new processes within 1-2 weeks.
Communication: Professional English communication skills.
