Pharmacy Compliance & Clinical Manager - OCP DPM - Sterile Compounding - Hamilton - Permanent - Healthcare
...
Are you a licensed Pharmacist looking to lead in a unique setting that does not involve direct, face-to-face patient interaction? Keen to consider a change from community and into a sophisticated, focused, clinical leadership environment? This is your opportunity to join a modern, entrepreneurial pharmacy team in Hamilton as the Designated Pharmacy Manager (DPM). But in this unique DPM opportunity, the organization has intentionally separated operational logistics (as there is also a dedicated Pharmacy Operations Manager) from regulatory oversight (the DPM's focus), allowing you to focus on what you do best: clinical excellence, OCP compliance, and mentoring a dedicated team of pharmacists.
If you are looking for a stable, Monday to Friday schedule within a collaborative and expanding organization, we want to hear from you!
Qualified but have questions or hesitations? Contact Jennifer Andrew at 905-302-6450 or jennifer.andrew@randstad.ca for more details prior to applying.
Please note: Actual job title may differ from the advertised title we have chosen to use - this is a "Designated Pharmacy Manager" role - we want to ensure it is clear that it is a unique role focused on clinical leadership of fellow Pharmacists, and focused heavily on compliance with OCP and other regulatory requirements. The pharmacy structure, which, in addition to the DPM, includes a Pharmacy Operations Manager, helps reduce the operational burden on the DPM. For more details, read on!
