Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities: The Integrity Specialist
This role is dedicated to the technical validation of mechanical assemblies through advanced testing and fit-up.
Hydrostatic & Pneumatic Mastery: Lead the setup, execution, and documentation of high-pressure tests. You will be responsible for system integrity and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
Precision Flange Management: Execute technical bolt-up procedures, selecting the correct gaskets and studs based on pressure classes, and maintaining tight tolerances.
Controlled Torque Application: Utilize advanced torque equipment to meet exact engineering specifications for leak-free performance.
Jacketed Piping Fabrication: Interpret P&IDs and GA drawings to fabricate and install complex jacketed systems where internal and external seals are paramount.
Modular Integration: Install valves, instrumentation, and supports on modular skids, ensuring seamless mechanical operation.
Qualifications
Certification: Must be a formally registered 3rd-Year Apprentice Pipefitter.
Testing Expertise: Proven experience preparing and documenting hydrostatic/pneumatic pressure tests.
Technical Fit-Up: High proficiency in flange alignment, Victaulic systems (correct gasket selection/seating), and threading.
Blueprint Literacy: Ability to read P&IDs and blueprints with an eye for detail that catches errors before they become leaks.
Gear: Must have your own essential hand tools and reliable transportation to Nisku.
