Responsibilities
Schedule Field Services Operations – Ensure timely execution of services at customer sites by assigning the closest and most qualified Field Service Representative (FSR).
Prepare Work Orders – Review, verify, and enrich work orders in bridge Field Services (bFS) or other Schneider systems, ensuring accuracy in customer information, urgency, scope, and execution time.
Manage Intervention Priorities – Organize and prioritize service interventions based on customer type (VIP/Strategic/non-VIP), SLAs, availability of spare parts, and technician readiness.
Optimize Scheduling Efficiency – Plan work orders at least three months in advance, balancing customer requirements, material deliveries, and workforce availability to maximize FSR utilization and minimize travel and idle time.
Coordinate Customer Communication – Engage proactively with customers to confirm service details, expectations, and site-specific requirements.
Ensure Smooth Execution – Monitor ongoing field interventions, rescheduling or canceling when necessary, while supporting FSRs with calendar management and maintaining work order data quality.

Communicate proactively with customers, confirming the intervention details and reminding to FSR the constraints (safety requirement and equipment, permit to work, site access, timing, report, de-briefing with customers…)
Monitor the smooth execution of the interventions, rescheduling/cancelling if required, supporting remotely FSR on visit/calendar management, maintaining Work Orders data quality (like Billable info, Install product, planner deviation)
For non-connected external technicians only, complete the work orders on their behalf (time entries, deviation, site intervention report…)
Animate/Participate to regular meetings with Field Services Execution team (Short Interval Meeting, Sales & Operations Planning), building improvement plan based on weekly/monthly dashboard (like optimizing scheduling, reducing deviations, anticipating internal/external capacity need).
Opportunity for progressive 3 tiers within the role:
Scheduler: Basically trained/experienced at Work Order Scheduling. Selects the appropriate FSR for routine work based on established procedures taking into consideration Customer/FSR/Materials availability.
Planner: Deep knowledge of the requirements for scheduling both planned and unplanned work. The ability to prioritize and make appropriate decisions weighting FSR availability, customer impact and SLA Adherence.
Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent experience (1-2 years in a related role)
Strong planning and coordination skills
Expertise in MS Office Applications
Excellent analytical abilities
