- Direct all daily operations for the facility with total accountability for safety standards, quality control, and maintenance protocols.
- Supervise and mentor a diverse workforce of 75 employees across two shifts to ensure consistent productivity and team development.
- Utilize KPIs and operational metrics to identify inefficiencies, reduce waste, and improve overall plant throughput.
- Maintain and enforce the Quality Management System while fostering a culture of ownership and strict accountability among staff.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align the local Plant Manager goals with broader corporate objectives and performance milestones.
Qualifications
- You possess a proven background in leadership within a manufacturing setting, specifically managing large-scale production teams.
- A post-secondary degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or a closely related field is required for this role.
- You have a demonstrated history of implementing Lean initiatives, with a preference for candidates holding a Lean Six Sigma Green or Yellow Belt.
- Expertise in change management and the ability to navigate complex, regulated environments under formal quality systems is essential.
- As a Plant Manager, you must have a high level of analytical proficiency and the ability to pass a clear criminal background check.
