We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our top clients in the insurance sector, who is expanding their Policy Conversion team to support a large-scale, strategic migration initiative.
In this role, you will play a key part in the modernization of our client’s insurance platforms. You will be responsible for the accurate and compliant migration of insurance policies from legacy systems to a new environment, ensuring data integrity, regulatory compliance, and adherence to established underwriting standards.

Responsibilities
-Convert insurance policies from legacy systems to Guidewire Policy Center (Vyne-GWPC) with accuracy and data integrity.
-Apply P&C underwriting guidelines and assess risks during the migration process.
-Use Salesforce and Vyne-GWPC to track cases, document actions, and manage policy lifecycles.
-Ensure compliance with Canadian personal insurance regulations and internal policies.
-Provide excellent support, resolve issues, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
Qualifications
-Experience in insurance policy conversion or migration, ideally with Guidewire Policy Center.
-Strong knowledge of P&C insurance and underwriting principles.
-Understanding of Canadian personal insurance regulations and market practices.
-Working knowledge of Vyne-GWPC and Salesforce.
-Ability to apply underwriting guidelines accurately in a fast-paced environment.
-CIP designation (in progress or completed) is an asset.
