Location: Toronto ON (Onsite)
Salary: $20.26Hour
Duration: 12 months (Possibility of Extension)

- Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm
Responsibilities
• Generate client cancellation letters for personal lines.
• Send cancellation letters by registered mail.
• Monitor email inbox and action requests accordingly.
• Scan policies as required.
• Basic Printing utilizing colour production printers
• Cover all receptionist breaks, lunches & Personal Time Off.
Qualifications
SKILLS:
• Good communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal.
• Self-motivated.
• Able to read, write and follow English instructions.
• Technical proficiency with basic office equipment (Printer/Scanner/Barcode reader)
• Intermediate Proficiency with computers and MS Office products.
• 6 months to 1 year experience in a professional working environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and perform duties with minimal supervision.
EXPERIENCE:
• 6 months to 1 year experience in a professional working environment.
• Experience in a client-facing environment.
Ability to lift 50lbs
EDUCATION: Minimum High School diploma or equivalent.
