Responsibilities
Prepare surfaces to be treated (cleaning, degreasing, sanding)
Perform manual or mechanical polishing operations.
Visually check surface quality and correct any defects
Comply with drawings, technical data sheets and aesthetic tolerances
Work in coordination with varnishing, assembly and quality control teams
Ensure routine maintenance of polishing tools and equipment
Comply with safety, hygiene and quality procedures
Qualifications
skilled in polishing/sanding high-end wood products
have experience in the aviation industry (business jet interiors)
have similar or equivalent professional experience of at least two years
have excellent manual skills
have a good ability to read and interpret drawings
have high precision and attention to detail
have the ability to repair subtle imperfections
have the ability to work independently and/or as part of a team
